2) Items in stock will be shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 working days. Normally non-custom items need processing time, and you can check it from the product page.
3) Some unavoidable reasons:
We will ship out the item according to your requests, but we can not assure you exactly how many days you can receive this item. There are many factors that may cause the delay of your item, e.g. holiday season, bad weather conditions, strikes as well as war, etc.
Shipment Schedule
Packages will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 working days after the order is placed. At the same time, an informed e-mail will be there in your e-mail box once the parcel is out. The tracking number inside is to trace the timely status of parcel.

Return & Refund Policy
In order to give customers a good shopping experience, if you are not satisfied with the purchase you received, you can contact us at service@casiaso.co to send detailed information about your order number, and we will deal with related issues such as return payment as soon as possible. Please note that if the item crashes during transportation, we will bear the shipping cost. However, if there are no problems with the returned goods, you will need to pay for shipping.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
